The Pandemic and the current unrest have combined to make this era different than others in memory. The songs on the new CD, called Butcher Boy by Leslie Rich and the Rocket Soul Choir mirror the stress everybody is feeling. Leslie told interviewer Phil Nusbaum that he has experienced additional stress coming from everyday life, and it all came out on the CD songs, such as Cozy on the Bathroom Floor.
