Shanika Torres is a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Professional Counselor who assists individuals from all facets with overcoming various adversities or addictions and achieving mental health.  As an extension of her work, she will soon launch The Shanika Show to bring more awareness to the benefits of counseling. The show will particularly cater to individuals in communities of color who may have hesitations with seeking counseling services for emotional or mental health concerns. Shanika also has plans of expanding her counseling practice to incorporate a holistic health approach to address the mind, body and soul.
