Katie is a Breathwork Facilitator and passionated Yogateacher &amp; Traumhealer. She shares her background starting as a springboard diver to feeling lost over to ending up moving to LA to work in a corporate Job that left her unfulfilled. Until she did her Yoga Teacher Training and started to ask the right questions and felt how and where she wanted to live. She found the courage to leave her 6-figure job to follow the pull of her heart to share her passion and living her dharma through a slow transition. We talk about how to find your purpose when you feel trapped between your heart and your thoughts and fears. How the breadcrumbs of excitement lead you to your purpose. Why baby steps and trusting the unknown lead you exactly where you need to be. Why you need to go into the deeper layers of yourself to feel really free from the inside.
