David Loman is an all around fitness coach. From personal training clients to nutrition seminars to hosting his own podcast twice a week, David does it all. David began his career attending PT school, but soon realized he wants to prevent injuries and illnesses more than just reacting to them. He landed a role at one of the most well known gyms in Charlotte, NC and began his career of grinding it in the world of personal training. Not only did he advance his health and fitness knowledge, but he began to really understand the business side of gyms and personal training. David was affected by Covid-19 but immediately reacted and began training clients from their homes.
