We're finally doing it! After many long years of this one going around on the internet and in your weird racist uncles email chains, we're finally covering the theory that George Soros pays people to go out and protest. And boy do we have the perfect guest for it - returning champ Jake Regal is pulling no punches. This week we're talking Jews, nazis, Jewish nazis, blood libel, regular libel, California's unemployment system, different kinds of heroin, and of course, Jews - sorry I mean globalists. It's truly one of our wildest episodes yet. Also if you feel like it don't forget to check out the merch! https://www.redbubble.com/people/LizardPeople/shop
Twice a week Jake Regal (actor, comedian, UCB Cardinal Redbird) forces himself to go to an acting class that he loves and hates. This comes in a long line of things he’s made himself do because he knows it’s helping him but he hates the level of dread and anxiety he gets both during and beforehand. Jake talks me through the constant exposure therapy that are these classes and his on-going effort to confront his fear of rejection. Jake and I are both incredibly anxious people by nature (and self-deprecating to the zillionth degree) and laugh our way through sharing some of our most horrible life moments, defeats, how we survived, and what is getting us through the circus that is our brain. We cover so much, so LISTEN! Also, Jake talks about the time he puked on a bunch of fifth graders and if that’s not incentive enough to tune tf in, I don’t know what is!
Jake Regal is honestly one of the most kind, supportive, and hilarious people around the community! You can watch him performing around the city and every Tuesday night at 9:30pm at UCB Franklin with Cardinal Redbird. Follow him on Instagram @jakeregal and Twitter @jakeregal where he’ll soon be announcing where else you can see him popping up on screens and TV’s all over!

Sarah and Beth are joined by two of their besties, Jake Regal (Scorpion, Angel in Rent at UCB) and Andrew Hansen (A.P. Bio, Joanne in Rent at UCB) to delve deep into the 25 minute version of Rent their improv team put up at UCB as an April Fool's joke. Jake also talks about rebelling against his family by liking mumblecore movies instead of musicals and Andrew (everyone's dad) explains the difference between "quite a few" and "a lot."
Hello babies!
It’s our five year anniversary episode! Won’t you come celebrate with us? The traditional five year anniversary gift is wood. We’re registered at iTunes, please give us a five star review and just leave us your favorite kind of wood (mahogany, birch, etc). No gross jokes please! On Wiki of the Week, we read the Wikipedia page for "Cobra Effect." This is surprisingly not about a Steven Segal movie! We welcome Eliot Glazer, who watches The View more than anyone really should. On Expert Hour, we are joined by fan favorite guest Jacob Jasmine to give us more etiquette tips.

Actor and UCB funny man Jake Regal comes by to play The Eight Dollar Game Show! Jake plays all-sounds charades, dispenses advice to disgruntled Yelpers, and tells the legend of Pickles Dillhoefer.
But when push comes to shove, will he put his money on the line to answer The Pretty Hard Question?
