Digital-First Future and the “Data flywheel”: How Can Pharma Use the Combination of Data, AI, and Content to Drive Successful Product Launches with Scott Snyder, Chief Digital Officer at EVERSANA
Pharma Launch Secrets
What is the best way to orchestrate personalized digital experiences for HCPs and patients? What is the “data flywheel,” and how can it give pharma companies a competitive advantage?Who is better suited for the digital-first future, large pharma companies or smaller, first-time launchers? Why is starting with the user imperative for the digital-first future? To answer these questions, Bozidar is joined by Scott Snyder, Chief Digital Officer at EVERSANA.They cover:👉 [ 00:01:25 ] - Patients and HCPs want to interact digitally. Those expectations have made their way into healthcare and life sciences and were accelerated by COVID. Also, life science companies have reduced access to HCPs and have to find other ways to interact or engage with them than the traditional ways👉 [ 00:03:12 ] - Most advancements in AI and pharma have happened on the R&D side, like drug discovery, clinical trials, and finding patients for those trials👉 [ 00:04:19 ] - One of the biggest myths many people believe about omnichannel is that it is only a tech or digital instrument companies use to push content or ads at people. Also, some assume you can simply take your existing content and use it in an omnichannel world👉 [ 00:06:52 ] - Use content to convey knowledge to an end user. In the consumer world, users choose their content format to solve their own problem of getting some piece of knowledge so that they can apply it. Think of your content in terms of helping your end-user solve these problems. That is where personalization really drives what your content should look like👉 [ 00:11:53 ] - Digital is nothing and has no impact without data. Everything from finding and identifying target patients or HCPs to driving the right experience at the right time is data-driven. Think about the data flywheel concept, where you deliver an experience, measure the outcomes, gather feedback, and see how you can improve them over time. Pharma needs to set up the data flywheel and measure those experiences across all channels. Then continue improving those experiences through more personalization and a better modelIf you want to learn more about leading a successful pharma marketing campaign in the US, tune in to this episode of Pharma Launch Secrets, a Podcast by Evermed.Subscribe here:Google Podcasts: https://bit.ly/3PUds6TApple: https://apple.co/3micGmFSpotify: https://spoti.fi/3M78XCCRSS: https://bit.ly/3wTksImAnd connect with Scott here:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/scottsnyder5gWebsite: https://www.eversana.com About The Show:“Pharma Launch Secrets” is a podcast by Evermed and hosted by Bozidar Jovicevic, where we host direct, actionable conversations with world-leading pharma launch experts and help you stay up-to-date with the latest trends and strategies to help you launch your product successfully.Previous guests include: Trevor Landry of Syneos Health, Indraneel Mukherjee of ZS Associates, Meg Heim of Heim Global Consulting, Scott Snyder of EVERSANA, Andrew Willmer of Symbiotix, Bharti Rai of CVS, Brendan Gallagher of Publicis Health and Matthew Goodman of LUCENT Biopharma.Check out our three most downloaded episodes:US Launches: Right Size, Right Time, Right Place, and the Importance of Execution in Ensuring an Effective Launch with Trevor Landry, Senior Vice President - Commercial Lead at Syneos HealthThe Death of “Blockbuster” Products: Micro Launches and a Data-driven Approach to Marketing with Indraneel Mukherjee, Associate Partner at ZS AssociatesMedical Affairs and Pharma Launches: Strategies, Budgeting and Planning with Meg Heim of Heim Global ConsultingPharma Launch Secrets is handcrafted by our friends over at: fame.so

Creannotators is an audio annotative guide to enjoying the intricacies and thinking in the art. Thanks for listening, and enjoy the comics! After about eight minutes of talking events North of the boarder, telling the Ottawa Occupational force to f#$* itself, James and James return to Scott Snyder's and Greg Capullo's Batman run. Did Batman need his origin story told again? Hopefully Chip Zdarsky isn't around to hear the answer...
My guest today is Scott Snyder, the Chief Executive Officer at Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, a 31-year-old coffee franchise brand. Scott is an award winning marketing strategist and business growth consultant with a consistent track record of transforming early stage brands into category leaders. His special sauce is re-inventing legacy brands to realize new levels of success and relevance. Prior to joining Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, first as a consultant and then as an investor, Scott was a founding partner at Xylem Digital, an international digital marketing and strategic growth agency that facilitated the rapid growth and expansion of over 40 brands in the food and beverage space including Chipotle, Jimmy Johns, Jamba Juice, Red Robin, Noodles, Einstein Bagel Brothers, and many more. I invited Scott to be a guest on my show to talk about the meteoric rise of the Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii brand. I wanted to learn what role branding plays in the success of a franchise brand and I was curious to hear how COVID has affected the franchise world.💥IF YOU WANT HELP GETTING YOUR CLIENTS TO FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR BRAND, REACH OUT TO ME ON SOCIAL AT BRANDING_BADASS OR EMAIL ME AT JGOODSON@GENUMARK.COMThanks for listening!
