The return of Andrew Paul Woodworth: CC#239 NSFW

Welcome again to the OMN Coffeeshop Conversations @ Artichoke Music Not at Artichoke Music because it’s closed because you know why.
Rather than wallow in the misery of the moment, I thought I’d like to bring back singer/composer Andrew Paul Woodworth for a fresh and funny distraction.
We’ve had some very funny episodes with him, and that’s what we need right now.
That’s why I put up those April Fools stories on Wednesday.
As usual this will be NSFW, but since most of us are at home, or listening on headphones, there’s less chance you will offend anyone.
He had just answered my Skype call……

“You just have to get up every day and make some forward progress, inch by inch if you have to.” — Andrew Paul

Running a small business can sometimes feel like executing a military operation. The truth is, there are similarities! To be successful in either, you must first master the fundamentals and then persevere, no matter what it takes. In this episode, former SEAL Lt. Cmdr. Andrew Paul gives Brian a fascinating glimpse into the notoriously private world of the Navy’s primary special operations force. Paul describes the extremely tough training that all SEALs must undergo, he recalls his deployments in Iraq and explains how he transitioned to civilian life after active duty. He also outlines how the SEAL mindset and focus on service has helped him to build a very successful mortgage business.

Thus far in review with producer Andrew Paul

Having Andrew Paul as a producer is like having a wizard/scientist friend that, no matter how under the influence you are, supports your crazy ideas and helps bring them to life. So, yeah, of course I was going to pick his brain. Jesus.

This episode is powered by ATB and sponsored by the Alberta Podcast Network. Thank you to Andrew Paul and the Edmonton Community Foundation for the recording space and production help. Thanks to Caitlynn Legris for her recording and vocal talents for the new intro intro. Also, many thanks to the super talented Nathaniel Sutton (@defendtherhino) for the use of ‘Fugitive’ as a theme song.
