On the 12th episode of Brick by Brick, Emily is joined by Clarence Sturgis, the Assistant Director of the Build Albion Fellows. Clarence plays an integral role with the unique program offered by Albion College which provides free tuition, room and board, and books to residents of Albion in exchange for community service. Each year has a different focus for Build Albion Fellows and is a year-long experience for participants, which is laid out by Clarence. During the interview, Clarence shared how service projects come about within the community, and how some projects lead to capstone projects that each student completes before they graduate from Albion College.
