The view is always better from the top … Guest Profile Hector Quintero works in logistics for an import/export business in McAllen, Texas. But when he is not delivering the goods, he’s chasing the fish. Redfish, that is. You see, Hector’s home water is the Laguna Madre. It’s flats boat heaven, and an awesome inshore fishery for trout and redfish. In this episode, Hector tells us about the first time he got turned on to topwater fishing for reds.
