Cari interviews Beverly Simpson, owner of BSimpson Fitness and mother of two. She is a coach who empowers mothers everywhere to build strength, be healthy, feel beautiful and move without pain. You will hear a bit about her experience of pregnancy while working for a corporate gym and the many misconceptions moms-to-be have. She also shares in detail what to do postpartum if you are thinking of starting or restarting a fitness program. She used to be a district fitness manager and ran five corporate gyms in Manhattan. With her experience servicing thousands of sessions in the gym and playing a huge role in developing hundreds of trainers, it is no wonder she is so knowledgeable about postpartum fitness.
