My Organized Chaos With Lynne Edris

The Daring Woman Podcast

For many women, the struggle is real. The struggle to say focused, stop procrastinating, get organized..and so on. Attention Deficit Disorder is a highly genetic, brain-based syndrome that has to do with the regulation of a particular set of brain functions and related behaviors. These brain operations are collectively referred to as “executive functioning skills” and include important functions such as attention, concentration, memory, motivation and effort, learning from mistakes, impulsivity, hyperactivity, organization, and social skills. We get distracted easy. We forget immediately. It’s a challenge. Luckily we have Lynne Edris to support us. Lynne also has ADD and in this episode, she teaches us a few skills to adapt to life with ADD.
