In this episode, I speak with fellow keto competitor, Ciara Martinez! Ciara was motivated to turn her life around after reaching a weight of 225lbs and falling into a deep depression. She had two kids, a broken leg, had just relocated, and was totally frustrated with her situation. She decided to start the keto diet and improve her health. After seeing some great progress she decided to take it one step further and enter a bikini competition! She dives into that whole experience and many of the lessons learned. We talk about peak week manipulations and how to properly follow a keto diet during a contest prep.
