The Methodology Episode 44 - A Conversation with Michael Chernow
So excited to introduce our next guest, Michael Chernow. @michaelchernow is the founder of the Born Or Made podcast, which I was so honored to be a recent guest on, and was able to share some breathwork and meditation tips. Michael has been working in restaurants in New York city since he was 12 years old. He opened his first business, The Meatball Shop, in 2010 and in 2015 he opened his next restaurant concept, Seamore’s. Michael is currently getting ready to launch a third business, Kreatures Of Habit, a lifestyle and wellness brand rooted in nutritional consumer packaged goods and apparel. The thing about Michael that I love so much is that he really walks the talk. He leads by example, he's doing it day in, day out. On the podcast, we get into some of the toughest moments in his life with addiction, how he really turned his life around and how he is living with so much positivity. We have to put the work in. We have to really be intentional. Which is why Michael profoundly said one of his favorite quotes during the show: “The power is in the pause.” Head over to his website to see all of what he shares, from fitness plans to meal plans, and just anything inspiring him.
