Hockey Talk! It was great to have Kevin Galerno and Wade Russell on the podcast, two great skill development coaches sharing their experiences and expertise on some fun topics. We dive into what the return to play for minor hockey has been like for players and parents, some advice for parents through these strange times. We also discuss skill development, the good, the bad and the ugly, how to create development plans for players, teams and associations and what differentiates good skill sessions from bad ones.
