Phillies Quick Hitter: Andrew McCutchen Called Out?! Hector Neris Rocked by Conforto in Loss to Mets
Sports Talk With Brodes
The Philadelphia Phillies continue their ridiculous trend of win, loss, win, loss, win, loss, win, loss as they fall 5-4 to the New York Mets. Zack Wheeler had a horrendous first inning, but grinding through seven which is pretty damn impressive. He also helped offensively with an RBI single to crack back into the lead. Alec Bohm tied up the game with a two-run opposite-field home run in the sixth. Andrew McCutchen was called out because he “Ran out of the base path” LMFAO!!! It was a straight line. Anyway, Hector Neris through an 0-1 splitter down the middle of the plate and Conforto took it for a ride to win the game essentially. Check out my sponsors!
