My guest today is Sylvia Diaz.  Sylvia is a Health and Fitness Professional and Blogger, specializing in the areas of Nutrition, Fitness, Well-being, and Dance. She set up her own fitness and nutrition coaching service called Fit with Sylvia through which she promotes a healthy lifestyle, especially for busy professionals Sylvia is always keen to tell her story.  Whilst working as an International fashion model, she developed an eating disorder from which she has thankfully fully recovered.  She now helps people find the best in themselves to become healthier and fitter, not just physically but mentally. https://fitwithsylvia.com
