I am joined by my friend Gabby Male, CEO of SWITCHITUP, creator of the Rose Retreats, fitness expert, and all-around empowering woman. Gaby shares her first-hand experiences in overcoming her eating disorders, reaching her fitness goals, and still not feeling like she was enough. She realized health goals are more than a number on a scale, our health includes our physical health, mental health, and emotional health as well. I’m Gabby Male, I’m 22 and just recently graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Public Health, health promotion, and health communication. As most women, I have struggled with body image, my relationship with food, and just being happy in my own skin for a long time. After finding the gym and the fitness community, I finally felt at home.
