She is a licensed professional counselor, a certified integrative medicine mental health provider and a board certified neurofeedback provider and is the originator of the 360º Reboot Intensive Therapies Program.

Dr Roseann shares her experience in the field of stress and anxiety management. She explains how she empowers her patients to recognize and talk back to anxiety in order to live a better life.

Amongst the things discussed about stress and anxiety are: what causes them, what happens in your brain when you're anxious, what makes it worse, and when to seek out professional help.

Actionable Steps

  1. Break the worry talk and stop shaming yourself.  Quit the negative chatter. We are too hard on ourselves. Intentionally switch a negative thought into a positive one.
  2. Acknowledge that stress and anxiety are affecting your quality of life. Seek out professional help from an integrative/holistic mental health provider. Find a therapist who will be your coach.
  3. Meditate. Visualize and practice seeing yourself with a smile on your face. Set aside at least two minutes a day for positive visualizations, meditation.
  4. Get adequate sleep and proper nutrition to optimize your brain health and reduce inflammation. Switch to a low carb, less inflammatory diet. See Dr. E's suggestions in the resource section.
