In addition to his training as a psychologist using  mindfulness-based therapies, he has also studied with many leading  Buddhist and Hindu teachers. He is the author of Grieving Mindfully: A  Compassionate and Spiritual Guide to Coping with Loss, The Mindful Path  Through Worry and Rumination: Letting Go of Anxious and Depressive  Thoughts and Mindfulness for Prolonged Grief.
