My Thoughts Monday #155- Molly Binetti- We Are What We Consume

CVASPS The Podcast

“Every difficult relationship, or every problem or frustration you have in your life has one common denominator, and that’s you. Outside The Rack #45- Molly Binetti

CVASPS The Podcast

Molly, thanks for being with us today. Before we start, who is Molly Binetti?Someone who’s obsessed with human potential.1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your careerComing to USC there was a specific player who was very talented, but was never in shape and didn’t like to work. This made her realize there has to be a better way and reevaluate how she was handing her athletes. 2) If you could ask one question and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?  How do we change? 3) What’s your escape?Getting lost in a book or in nature, and being around people who bring me joy.
