Breea Clark is the first "millennial mayor" of Norman, Oklahoma and the director of the JCPenny Leadership Center at Oklahoma University. She talked about how she thought her whole political career would be as a "staffer," but she saw herself as a leader, kept saying "yes" to opportunity, and it now the Mayor of Norman. Wherever you are in your life right now, YOU are a leader.
On November 25, 2020, I was fortunate enough to speak with Norman, Oklahoma's mayor, Breea Clark. Due to the hectic-natured holiday season made all the more chaotic by the pandemic, the episode was lost deep within the Squawk archives. That is, until now. Finding the balance between public service and family, Mayor Clark has faced death threats, an impassioned recall campaign, radicalizing political strife and above all, waging the city's fight against Coronavirus.
