Scaling Your Hands-On Practice After You’ve Reached Capacity With Drs. Alicia Leontief and Wendy Davis
The Business of Being Well | A Hands-On Practitioner's source to grow a profitable business without working your life away
Have you ever found yourself thinking you know everyone in your industry, only to find shortly afterward that there’s still a slew of colleagues out there you’ve never met? That happened to me recently when someone from Leontief & Davis reached out to see if I’d like to interview the owners of their practice on the show. I had never heard the names of these doctors before, but it’s been a part of my mission since I started podcasting to tell the stories of not just the people who’ve stood on big stages but also the people who make a huge impact in the ordinary things they do every day in their lives and practices. That being said, I connected with Northern UK Chiropractors Alicia Leontief and Wendy Davis. Drs. Alicia and Wendy have been amazingly successful in practice--both in maintaining a health business partnership as well as growing a team that now runs the practice mostly without them! If you’ve ever envisioned a life where you own your practice but others do most of the day-to-day work, you’ll definitely want to join us for this conversation. IN THIS EPISODE ABOUT SCALING YOUR HANDS-ON PRACTICE AFTER YOU’VE REACHED CAPACITY, WE COVER: How to not just maintain a partnership in your business, but still enjoy working with your partner after over a decade of working together The key to making it work when you bring associate doctors and other care providers into your practice Why most business owners actually (and unknowingly) hold their business back from growing bigger The three mistakes that hands-on practitioners make in managing their businesses that negatively impact their ability to help more people RESOURCES AND LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Leontief & Davis FB Page: https://www.facebook.com/LeontieffandDavis If you’re a hands-on practitioner who wants to make $5K+/month more with an online course or program so you can stop squeezing appointments on your schedule, take my free class HERE.
