Today’s episode is 100% in the personal triumph category. In this episode I speak with my friend Rachel Weisser. Rachel is currently a health coach and a budding personality on Instagram. Here we talk about her personal journey which includes years of mental health struggles, alcoholism and attempted suicide. We discuss all of these points in her own story here and if you’re like me, a person who has struggled with all of these things as well, I think you’ll find Rachel’s openness particularly refreshing and inspiring. One of the things I love about Rachel is her willingness to share her journey publicly on Instagram. She is not shy to talk about her past and current struggles and is also very open with normally taboo topics such as her use of medication and sobriety, which we also talk about here.
