Bianca spent many years in the corporate world as a IT Business Analyst. She eventually realised this was not her thing and that there was no meaning and joy in this work for her. In 2009 she started educating herself for a new career path. She first trained as a Pilates and Yoga teacher and started her own little health business called “Goldene Mitte“ (which translates from German to golden mean/centre and balance).  She is a practitioner of the Emmett technique, NLP coaching and is a certified High Performance Coach.
