In this interview we discuss his book ‘Running is My Therapy’ and how running helps runners with their mental health. I am proud to present another Australian Entrepreneurs podcast. Today’s guest is Scott Douglas, the Start up Founder and Principal Designer at Green Lab Futures and a lecturer at Federation University Australia. Scott was introspective and candid about his pathway to entrepreneurship. Scott discussed his entrepreneurial pathway as being shaped by a sense of service to others and a deep respect for community. He outlined the stumbling blocks facing entrepreneurs and argued that there is a shift in the traditional view of leadership to forms of leadership that are shared within organisations. Well worth a listen and again I thank Scott and all of the leaders and entrepreneurs that have given their time to speak with me about leadership.
