The UNFLTRD Podcast with James Rosebush

The UNFLTRD Podcast

In this episode of The UNFLTRD Podcast, I chat with James Rosebush about his passion for connecting with others, from the Queen of English to President Reagan, among others.   The highlight of our conversation was that we can choose the narrative we write about our times and that we have never been more united but sadly, there are forces that compel us to believe that we have never been more divided.  If we allow our blind spots to rob us of clear vision, we will surely lead from a place of fear, not love.  We can learn to navigate our blind spots and gain clarity and confidence.  We can choose to write better narratives that unite rather than divides us. We can embrace that while we may come from many different backgrounds, we form but one nation:  humankind.  Today, we are looking to political leadership to set the tone, we are swayed by media that compels us to choose false narratives.  But we can choose to become leaders who role model not role play authenticity and foster inclusion in our homes, workplaces and communities.  We can become the change we want to see in the world.  We can embrace the stories of others as if they were our own and lean in with curious empathy to unite, rather than move away ignorantly in fear seeking to divide.   We can become UNFLTRD leaders who lead from the heart by example, listen to understand, nurture behaviours of trust, build resilient bridges of commonality and focus to make the world a better place.  You can choose to become such a leader.  James has chooses to be such a leader. He is passionate not only about his relationships but about his work and for growing companies globally and coaching leaders driving for new levels of achievement. He is a bestselling author of three books and served as senior official at the Reagan White House.  And today, he's my UNFLTRD guest.
