Fun With Manifesting, with Chelsea Ford (and Clayton the dog!)

The Manifestation Corner

Today I'm excited to share a lovely interview I had with my friend Chelsea to talk about all things manifesting, and most importantly, how the manifesting process should be easy FUN! She has a wonderful Instagram page that I was instantly attracted to because it's from her sweet Golden Retrievers perspective, and not only is it adorable, but it carries wonderful messages of inspiration as well. You must check it out, so for all the PAWsitive vibes, check out Clayton's Instagram page here :)  I also made some important announcements in the beginning of the episode! The first thing is about this podcast, and although the name will be changing, what we talk about is just going to keep getting better and better! I can't believe we are about to embark on Season 3, so listen in for all of the info! Also, regarding the other news I had, here is my new IG handle - @manifest_with_lora - same page!  Last was the announcement for The 2021 Reboot - FREE Masterclass - live event is Monday 5/24, replay will be available until 5/27!--- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/appSupport this podcast: https://anchor.fm/lora-bowman/support

S4E7: Chelsea Ford on finding herself in a Peruvian meditation retreat

The Momentum Life Project

Having left a long career in heavy hitting corporates like Kellogg, Nestle and Sara Lee, Chelsea had her ‘eat, pray, love’ moment before Elizabeth Gilbert had written the book and ran off to a Peruvian mediation retreat to ‘find herself’. Now Chelsea runs Females in Food, an international business coaching and membership group for female ‘foodpreneurs’.  In this episode we talk about aligning head and heart in business and what personality traits it takes to really ‘make it’ in business (and in life). She talks about how business maturity is really nothing about age or stage of the business but how it is everything to do with the mindset of the entrepreneur or business owner.  With a zero tolerance policy for her online community being anything but supportive of one another we talk about how tough running a business can be and how she feels there is an increasing trend towards people lashing out at others online because they do have that barrier or anonymity and it’s simply not okay and is really impacting small business owners. She talks about her morning routine, goal setting habits (and how to manage this as a future-thinker) and what’s next for Females in Food and Chelsea Ford, this is a truly great chat with a truly inspiring woman. ….because remember, global change starts with individual momentum

Episode 76: Chelsea Ford and the Trouble

Open Mic Spotlight

Chelsea and Jonathan Ford joined us all the way from Cincinnati, Ohio. Chelsea's voice is so unique and easy on the ears. They have a classic bluegrass-country sound that will make you feel right at home. You'll enjoy this episode.  "Chelsea Ford and The Trouble features Ford on banjo, with Jonathan on acoustic guitar and Matt Crone on upright bass. The collection of tunes breathes in kicked-up red dust from rural paths and exhales stark, confident Americana, drifting from melancholy reflections to up-tempo, string-band Folk with Bluegrass inflections, complemented with violin, dobro and steel guitar. There are songs about killing a man alongside lover duets and laments about drinks holding on a little too closely. They are heartfelt tunes — played with top-notch skill — that are like pulling open photo albums to present both joyous and distressing recollections."-Bill Furbee
