He has competed for over 25 years and is currently ranked 9th in the world for pro longboard. He has won numerous awards and even a gold and bronze medals. Tony was most recently recognized as a positive role model in his community and awarded with a key to the town . Tony is a inspiration to all those who meet him, full of positive vibes, and always wearing a smile on his face. From the first time he rode the waves in elementary school, Tony Silvagni knew he wanted to surf. When his family moved to the beach, the dream became reality. Tony is one of the best surfers in the world, ranked #9 on the 2017 World Surf League Longboard Tour. Tony started winning tournaments as a teenager, and even brought home a gold medal representing his country in the ISA World Games. For a decade now, he has also owned and operated the Tony Silvagni Surf School in Carolina Beach, introducing people of all ages to the thrills and excitement of surfing.
