I used to find myself holding my breath a lot and you know that would not help me answer their questions at all because I would have to let my breath go  and then I would start to think about the question they just asked me. Breathing during situations and being mindful of that and knowing that you get nervous during those times actually helps you through it especially breathing. I think a lot of people are not looking at the benefits but they are looking more at the person who is teaching it to them. The person is just a vessel to bring that information to you. Don't focus on that person necessarily, focus on what you can learn from that.
