Kirsten Dierolf, M.A., MCC, MASFP ist die Inhaberin und Gründerin der SolutionsAcademy, einer globalen ICF-akkreditierten Coach-Ausbildungsakademie. Sie coacht Führungskräfte und Teams hauptsächlich für globale Konzerne. Kirsten hat mehrere globale Initiativen zur Führungskräfteentwicklung für große internationale Unternehmen entworfen und durchgeführt. Kirsten ist Mentorin für MCC-Kandidaten durch innovative Programme und individuelles Mentoring. Derzeit ist sie Präsidentin des deutschen Chapters der International Coaching Federation. Kirsten ist Mitglied der ICF-Assessor-Teams für MCC und PCC und Fachexpertin für Teamcoaching. Kirsten lernte den Lösungsfokussierten Ansatz kennen, als sie von 2001 bis 2007 Workshops für Insoo Kim Berg und Steve de Shazer übersetzte.  Kirsten war maßgeblich an der Gründung des ersten peer-reviewed Journals für lösungsfokussierte Arbeit in Organisationen "InterAction" im Jahr 2008 beteiligt, das sie von 2008-2016 herausgab. Sie ist die Autorin von "Solution Focused Team Coaching", Co-Autorin von "The Solutions Tango" und "Coaching plain and simple" und Herausgeberin von "Solution Focused Practice around the World", das als Ergebnis der ersten globalen Konferenz von Solution Focus veröffentlicht wurde, die alle Anwendungen von SF umfasste, eine Initiative, die sie 2017 anführte. Sie ist ein "virtueller Guru" und liefert seit 2008 Online-Programme, als noch niemand dachte, dass dies möglich ist. Sie spricht 7 Sprachen und hat auf allen Kontinenten (außer der Antarktis) gearbeitet.
