How Your Refurbishment Project Can Benefit From the Help of a Chartered Surveyor | Gary Barlow
London Property - Home of Super Prime
Joining us this week is Gary Barlow, a Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager for a firm in Piccadilly. Gary discusses how they work on projects that are primarily based in Central London and at what point you need to bring in which experts, with the consensus being the earlier the better. They discuss how having something like an acoustic engineer can make or break a project particularly in Prime Central London, where the tube and train lines are often very close by and how the scope of a project will determine the type of team Gary and his colleagues need to put together for a client. Listed buildings for example will require a listed building consultant, and any projects requiring at home cinemas would involve an AV consultant. All collaborations are done with experienced professionals that have worked with them for over twenty years.Whether your project is a smaller one or a full refurbishment, getting the right assistance as early as possible would be the recommended way to go.As always we love to hear from you. What experiences have you had with project management in construction? Join the conversation online with us on our social media channels, or send in your thoughts to email@example.com.At London Property, we use our experience, expertise, and deep-rooted relationships to connect super-prime property owners and tenants with hand-picked experts. We also aim to inform and entertain Londoners through content across multiple platforms.Interviewer - Farnaz Fazaipour | Property Investment & OwnershipInstagramTwitterYouTubeLinkedInFacebookBuzzsprout

The year is 2055 and the police have been defunded. So if you need a police investigation, the police will charge you 1000 big ones a day. Because of this, the government introduced the "P.I Act" where the private investigators can undercut the police so justice can become affordable. These are my case files........ A note from the author.Percival Vert is no hero; he is a low life scumbag and the full embodiment of how not to be a man. He cheats his way into getting work; he objectifies women and is quite a disgusting human being - if you could even call him that.Gumshoe is intended to poke fun at everyone that takes life too seriously and directly towel whips the modern day puritans in the balls because they have forgotten the fact that when something isn't funny in real life, it’s bloody hilarious in the land of fiction. Steve & Alex are joined by Lu Davies and her son Billy, who has Down Syndrome. Lu is Maternity Coordinator for the charity Positive About Down Syndrome. She talks about her role, her life and her love of her family. She chooses a song that contains a line that sums up how she feels about her children and was played at her wedding when she walked in with them; a song that puts into words how protective she felt towards Billy when he was very young and vulnerable, and also gave her comfort when she was younger; a track that was played at her Dad's funeral, which proved not to be a message from beyond the grave; and, finally, a track Billy has performed with his drama group and which Lu feels is a true anthem for inclusivity. Billy then gets to choose his favourite song, talk about the film he was in with Woody Harrelson and Owen Wilson, and perform "The McDonald's Test". #positiveaboutdownsyndrome #downsyndrome #deathdefyinglove #unconditionallove #mcdonalds #mcdonaldsuk #inclusivity #freddiemercury #mrsgarybarlow #garybarlow #family #selfimage #positiveselfimage #unapologetic #love
Welcome to the Eyre-Leigh Doors community! Here’s what’s in your show today: Final episode in the series! It was recorded at the Brighton Fringe at Sweet Venues, definitely not in a toilet. Apologies that it does sound a little toilety. A very funny, sweet, thoughtful episode nonetheless and well worth tuning your ears into. Of course, Jurgen Klopp features (read Laura’s book, please do!) and, quite frankly, Laura disgraces herself in a way that only she could (well, and Louise. It’s based on a story from Louise’s life) Laura turns down the chance to live in a haunted house with the ghost of a GP’s receptionist. Not surprising, really. More surprising, though, she shuns a lengthy produce-based #ramblechat with much-loved podcaster Adam Buxton AND the chance to be in a double act with Jennifer Aniston. But why? And how? And what’s going on with Gary Barlow and the football? She explains her spat with Piers Morgan and why she doesn’t respect him. It’s not just because he has a ‘slap me’ face, which surprised Louise no end. No surprises whom she chooses to spend time with in another dimension, but some disappointment when she learns she could be hanging out with Danny DeVito if she’d held on a bit longer. Still, we have the joy of the newest detective agency, Stumpy and Stumpy, a crime-fighting duo with the biggest of brains (and the shortest of legs) But that’s the nature of the game… Have a lovely time (enjoy!)
