Shawn's hiring formula is great: State the problem - The problem in the mind of the candidate (put this in the job ad). Did they just get laid off, need a career change, do they want to get into management?Agitate the pain - Get a connection with the candidate suffering from a similar problem.Give them a plan for success - Tell them what they will do and give them a plan for the next 6 months/year. Call to action - Explain the duties of the job.
