luis has done some pretty crazy stuff in his life. from biking 2700 miles across the us in 27 days to becoming the best pro triathlete in guatemala, you’d think he’d just about seen it all. until covid. luis had 2 premature twins 2 weeks before the shutdown &amp; wasn’t allowed to work because of covid restrictions with a very expensive lease. things worked out for the best &amp; he actually ended up acquiring a company &amp; taking over their lease in a better location. he talks to us about his journey growing up in guatemala, what it was like to compete at such a high level, his learnings from training with the best &amp; how he incorporates that into his training with every individual he touches. you can find luis at one of these places:https://www.lowtraining.com/ https://aqfitlab.com/schedule/ https://www.embracenorth.com/ https://www.optp.com/Luis-Leonardo
