Malcolm Blight, between 1974 and 1982 played 178 games with the Kangaroos, kicking 444 goals. In his final season with the Kangaroos in 1982, he became the then fifteenth player in the game to bring up the magical ton before heading back home to South Australia to take up the captain-coach role at his home club Woodville.
