I was incredibly fortunate to get to know Jessica Reyes a runner and coach with Sugar Runs from Long Beach, California in the USA. Jessica shares so much wisdom throughout this interview and I took a lot away personally and I'm sure you will too. Jessica is truly authentic and I enjoyed learning about her mindset and how she manages the ups and downs for herself, and also how she guides others through with her coaching business. This one is definitely worth a listen - I hope you enjoy - Talk soon - Tom Bell.
