An indie-dyer in Central Florida and mother of two, Jen Mumme started dyeing yarn for herself in the kitchen back in April of 2008 to help offset the cost of her own craft addiction. She posted some photos on Flickr of her novice attempts and was asked by a stranger to dye some for her. Things just took off from there.
