She is passionate about biomedical workforce issues, and is a contributor to several research programs that investigate the efficacy of different career and professional development interventions for scientist trainees. Alexandra received her PhD in biophysics from UCSF and her BS in chemistry and computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
