TOUGH TALKS - E054 - Cracking the Coconut with Ankush Jain
TOUGH TALKS: Conversations on Mental Toughness
Ankush is wizardly smart. And funny. He reminds us that stress is NOT our default state – that we must learn to stress ourselves out, in fact. And he teaches us how to begin the process of “cracking the coconut” or breaking open our faulty beliefs that would have us feel stress in the first place. --- Website: https://ankushjain.co.uk/ Personal Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ankushkjain Biz Page Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ankushjainltd/ Instagram: @ankushjain LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ankushkjain/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/AnkushJainLimited/feed Link to book: Sweet Sharing --- https://christopherdorris.com/cracking-the-coconut-with-ankush-jain/ --- If you enjoyed this content and you are not getting notifications of new posts, then I invite you to signup to my list. #040 - Ankush Jain – You’re Far More Powerful Than You Think
The Thriving Coaches Podcast
In this episode of the Thriving coaches podcast, you’re going to be hearing a re-release of a conversation I had with a good friend and colleague, Clarity Coach Ankush Jain. Ankush is a successful coach and a leader in the coaching community. He’s spoken at conferences in the USA and Europe, and works with clients from around the world, helping them achieve extraordinary results. And one of the interesting things about Ankush is he’s the creator of the Relationship Series, a podcast where he interviews coaches and experts from around the world on a wide variety of topics around the theme of relationships. And this episode was first released as a companion piece to my book RESULTS, because it contained a story about realisations Ankush had while observing a 3-day, 1:1 Coaching Intensive I was doing with a client. Just before we get to that, I wanted to mention that the doors are now open for the January 2021 intake of our flagship Clarity Certification Training programme. And you can save up to £3000 when you book your place by June 26th 2020. Just go to www.JamieSmart.com/coach that’s www.JamieSmart.com/coach So here’s the episode...

NPP 028 : Ankush Jain – No One Has Their Shit Together
The New Paradigm Podcast – Morten Hake and The New Paradigm Podcast
So this cat has been on a parallel journey with me since the Summit days. I remember Ankush being this friendly, bright-eyed, dare I say quirky smiley fellow at the conference. There were two tells that showed me that this guy will become really successful. First of all, it was his curiosity. He was not the typical “know it all” guy who was afraid to look unintelligent or ask the stupid questions. Exactly what geniuses do! Secondly, I will never forget the way he approached me during one of the after-parties at the MHSummit. It was really genuine, and it seemed like he went out of his own way, to come up to me, introduce himself and get a genuine compliment through. Pure love. I honestly don’t recall the details of the compliment, but I could feel the force was strong in this one! Episode 67: What if You Are Not Who You Think You Are? With Ankush Jain
The Little Peace of Mind Podcast
Today's guest is Ankush Jain. Ankush had an experience as a child which gave him an idea about who he was, what he was capable of, and what he'd need to overcome to get by in life. For years he lived this as his reality, until he saw who he thought he was was simply an idea that wasn't, and never had been, true. Today we discuss all this, plus: how a coach helps you bump up against your own thinking what's left when we knock the legs out from under thought if this is true.....so what?
