This passion came from a frantic search for my happiness and desperate need to feel in control of my life and destiny.In my early 30s, I was that woman who “had it all”. Independent with a successful career...”what more could a girl ask for?”But, I wasn’t happy. I survived each day sustained by caffeine and adrenaline. Before I knew it, I was in a state of crisis that had attacked my physical health and left me vulnerable to a deep depression culminating in a medical emergency that brought my whole life to screeching halt! That is where my journey began to become the happiest I’ve ever been. I’m so blessed, loved and grateful to be alive each day!This ​experience had such a profound impact on me that I wanted to help other women by sharing my story and personal growth experience...my testimony. This purpose is what drove me to start coaching women on business and navigating life in between. In pursuit of this purpose, I founded Latina Boss Coach.Griselda Beck is an​ executive with 15+ years of corporate experience and ​the owner and lead strategist of the Beck Consulting Group, including its division, Latina Boss Coach. She holds a B.S. Business Administration from the University of California Riverside (UCR) and earned her M.B.A. with concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management (AGSM at UCR), graduating with Summa Cum Laude Honors.
