Suma Shirur and Rifle Shooting

Shooter Suma Shirur won a silver and a bronze medal at Asian Games, a gold, silver and bronze at the Commonwealth Games. At the 2004 Athens Olympics, she finished eighth in the 10m air rifle final. Same year, she shot a maximum 400 points possible in the qualification round at Asian Shooting Championships - a joint world record.   In this edition of Firstpost Masterclass, Shirur talks about the importance of breathing, how physically taxing the sport can be, the technicalities involved in just the standing position and the challenges of a coach.
