Prior to co-founding Action Entertainment Collaborative in 2021, Meinema was co-head of the UTA Nashville office, as well as head of the Fairs and Festivals Department for North America. Meinema relocated from the TAG Toronto office in 2012 where he worked as VP for 5 years prior to opening up The Agency Group Nashville office. He was the Senior VP prior to the UTA acquisition in 2016. Meinema’s AEC Nashville clients include Trace Adkins, TLC, Terri Clark, Lonestar, Dallas Smith, Dean Brody, High Valley, Kevin Costner and Modern West, Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters, James Barker Band, The Reklaws, Gord Bamford, Hunters Brothers, Sawyer Brown, The Road Hammers, Default and Chad Brownlee. During his previous leadership heading The Agency Group Nashville, the company won CCMA Agency of the Year. Meinema has received award nominations from IEBA, Pollstar and CCMA, and was featured in the 2016 editions of Variety's Music City Leaders Report and Billboard's Nashville Power Players List in 2017, 2018, and 2020. Meinema also received CCMA’s 2018 Slaight Music Humanitarian Award for The Country Thunder Humboldt Broncos Tribute Concert.
