From Sarah, "I believe in the power of creating content and sharing value to transform small business. Content Marketing is rooted in the philosophy of giving first and building trusting relationships with prospective customers. More and more, people are looking online for content that will answer their questions, and your perceived value is inextricably linked to the content people can (or can't) find. I help small businesses and entrepreneurs create consistent, compelling content that they need to market their business online. I also speak about content marketing to networking groups and at events. -- Content Marketing and Creation -- I work with my clients to help them find leads and reach more people online through meaningful content. Depending on your business and the strategy we develop, we will do one (or more) of these things:1. Build online funnels that capture leads and reach ideal clients.2. Create and post regular content and e-mail newsletters to stay connected with your client base.3. Update and restructure your website with a content strategy that increases engagement.4. Develop paid content, such as online programs or courses, to sell and generate passive revenue. -- Speaking -- I speak to groups of entrepreneurs and small business owners about content marketing. One of my most requested talks is titled "Attracting Clients With Compelling Content." Some of the groups I have spoken to include Wisconsin Business Owners, Customer Obsession Summit, eWomen Network, Executive Resource Group, Virtual Leader Conference (online), Business Summit at Lambeau Field, Women Business Owners Network, and more. -- Website -- Find out more about my approach to content marketing, including many blog articles, at my website: www.contentcreationcoach.com"Brought to you by:Internet Marketing - https://senditrising.comKellen Kautzman - http://www.kellenkautzman.com

Sarah and Sarah met through a mutual friend, David Serafine, who was on our podcast a few weeks prior to this episode. David and Sarah S. have been collaborating on a film “Before the Ashes Fall” and Sarah has written the screenplay with David and will be directing the film. She talks about her process of raising capital from investors and how her relationship based approach is the only one she can get behind. Sales pitches and automated networking is lame and the best way to network, especially within LinkedIn, is to be genuine and care for other people. She mentions the example of a particular investor who she got to know beyond the surface, she learned that he had a passion for creating music and ended up asking him to compose the soundtrack for her film. Sarah S. emphasizes to not beat around the bush, but don’t make it a money grab. She really believes the approach has to be direct and genuine, while presenting your product as an opportunity rather than an ask. Overall you have to believe in your product and be excited because people are looking for something to be excited about.
