Today, one of the greatest players of all time and Jarryd's biggest idol, Robert Harvey. An absolute icon of the St.Kilda Football Club, Robert 'Banger' Harvey played 383 games for the Saints and amassed an unbelievable amount of accolades. He is an 8 time All-Australian, 4 time St.Kilda Best and Fairest, an AFLPA MVP, an 8 time representative of Victoria, and a 2-time, Back-to-Back, Brownlow Medallist in 1997 and 1998 (the last player to accomplish this).Jarryd tried to put aside his fangirling for an hour as we chat about his amazing career and life so far, where 21 years of footy has been followed by his successes as an Assistant Coach. We also touch upon Spud's Game, where Harvey is an ambassador for his long time friend and former Captain, the late Danny 'Spud' Frawley. "We understand that it's going to be a huge challenge for us against a great team, obviously with getting a few players back.
