REI Mastermind Network | Real Estate Investing Strategies & Mindset

Bryan Miller and his wife Karen began building their real estate portfolio in 2004 with one single-family rental. As the real estate market heated up and prices soared, they stayed on the sideline and avoided buying overpriced real estate that didn’t make financial sense. After the real estate crash of 2008, Bryan was searching for opportunity and found a Craigslist ad for a $48,000 condo in Phoenix, that he thought was a scam.  After further research, Bryan recognized the unprecedented values that were available in the Phoenix market, and from 2009 to 2012 the Millers began buying single-family rentals as quickly as possible. They purchased shorts sales and directly from the MLS property for as much as 25% off their peak pricing.  As single-family house prices started to rise, they transitioned into passive investing via syndication deals. The Millers have invested in 30+ syndication deals and now enjoy a portion of the cash flow generated from 25,322 rental units which include self-storage units, mobile home pads, retail strip malls, trust deeds and multi-family apartment units.Through joint venture partnerships, they have flipped 20+ homes in Los Angeles, San Diego, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Chicago and Jacksonville, FL. Bryan is currently a General Partner with developer VERONO HOMES and building 37 single-family homes and investing in building 52 apartment units in Los Angeles. Bryan is a principle in LB5 LLC with his real estate partner Ivan Matthews. They are acquiring multi-family apartment buildings that have below market rents and value-add opportunities that provide stable cash-flow. After years of helping friends and family to earn consistent returns in real estate, Bryan partnered with David Coe to established CAPITAL STACK INVESTMENTS which helps investors to identify investment opportunities with proven partners with potential to produce outsized yields.Contact Bryan!Website: https://capitalstackinvestments.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/capitalstackinvestments/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/capital-stack-investments-3294a11b5/As you can already tell we have made some changes and a few more are on the way.
