May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so we invited Lucinda Morte, of our partner agency Mental Health Association Oklahoma, to share how she helps connect people to life-changing mental health resources in the community. We hope you will attend Mental Health Association Oklahoma's upcoming QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) suicide prevention training.  Attend QPR Training on Friday, May 20th MHAOK is offering an in-person QPR training on Friday, May 20 at 12 p.m. at Legacy Plaza, 5330 East 31st Street, Tulsa. It is free to attend, and participants must be at least 18 years-old. The training will last approximately one hour, and registration is required.
