After witnessing firsthand how his father avoided invasive back surgery through regular chiropractic care, he decided to commit his life to studying the healing arts.    He took his formal studies at The University of Saskatchewan and at the prestigious Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He has since pursued numerous workshops and seminars refining his approach to Chiropractic which uses Network Spinal Analysis as the main foundation for his work.  Dr. Norman Detillieux runs and operates The Lifehouse Chiropractic Studio and volunteers in the community through his "Giving Back" projects. He also leads a number of different workshops centered on wellness care, creating community, awareness of the benefits of chiropractic care and a holistic approach to health as he loves to see others achieve their own greatness. Recently Dr. Norman witnessed his mother heal herself of stage four ovarian cancer.       Dr. Detillieux and I talked about the concept of the “Inner Guru” and how to tap into your intuition and use it to guide us. He shared a powerful story about his mother’s healing from stage four ovarian cancer. The truth is that the “Power” to heal is within us, it’s the innate wisdom or the force of life that heals. Dr. Norman Detillieux was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.  He was schooled by the vastness of the prairies, where he learned his vitalistic principles through his family-run farm.  After witnessing his father avoid invasive back surgery through regular chiropractic care, he decided to commit his life to studying the healing arts. Dr. Norm attended the prestigious Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he fell in love with ChiropracTIC.  At college, he was president of Friends in Chiropractic, founding member of Circle of Innate, and founding member and co-president of The Tonal Technique Club.   Since his graduation in 2004, he has run a successful family practice, The Lifehouse. He has written 2 playbooks, “Creating Outrageous Vitality” and “Optimal Health Essentials”. He volunteers at his Salvation Army Outreach and has recently been named the Coordinator of Chiropractic For The World Foundation assisting their mission of bringing chiropractic to those of need across the world.  Norm’s passion in life is helping others express their innate potential. He has a global vision for doing this.  In his spare time, Dr. Norm enjoys design work, travel, spiritual and personal development, Crossfit, hiking, music and art, which he has the honour of experiencing with his beloved, Starshine.
