Ep. 8 - The Angela Wagner Interview - Pike County Masacre

Cincinnati's Crime Vault | Beyond the Broadcast

In 2016, 8-members of the Rhoden family were killed in one night. The case has been called The Pike County Massacre and it's Ohio's largest criminal homicide investigation ever.  Angela Wagner has been described by prosecutors and witnesses as the puppet master of the Wagner Family.  Wagner has entered a guilty plea for her involvement in the murders of the Rhoden family.  George Wagner IV is on trial as one of four people responsible for the murders. In this episode, we hear extensively from one of the accused. Ohio BCI interviewed Angela Wagner months after the murders. The recorded interview was played in court as agents testified.  This episode is the lengthy interview as it was played in court.  Cincinnati's Crime Vault is an award-winning true crime news series on FOX 19 Now.  This audio podcast will take the stories featured in the news beyond the broadcast.

Decluttering Your Life with Angela Wagner

Happen To Your Career

One thing I’ve noticed after coaching for years is that the way you do one thing in your life is usually a sign of how you do everything. Let me explain: if you put perfectionistic pressure on yourself to pick out your one right career path, you might also put that pressure on yourself to find your perfect, flawless (unicorn) romantic partner, to be the perfect friend, or improve your fitness by being perfect when you work out. (Maybe something super technical and detail-oriented like ballet or Olympic weightlifting...if you can get over your fears of not being perfect so that you can even start!) Or if you’re afraid of losing out on options in your life, you might be too scared to commit to one career path or job, so you stay stuck in one you don’t like, because unhappiness feels safer than uncertainty of taking away future possibilities. You might be the one who goes out on dates with a ton of people but never wants to initiate the DTR (define-the-relationship) conversation and end up tied down. Or you might be the person who wants to eat at every new restaurant as soon as it opens, so you’ll know all the different culinary options that your city provides.   The way you do things isn’t necessarily a bad thing -- in fact, it can be a secret hint about your strengths hiding in your personality and habits.    You can see this secret strength concept beautifully illustrated in today’s podcast with Angela Wagner. The way Angela does work the the way Angela does life is an example of who she is. She started out her career in the high-powered advertising world, but was seeking to feel grounded outside of work, so she started working at a gym on the side. Her decision to lean into opportunities that helped her stay active while relieving stress led her to creating community through becoming a yoga teacher...which led her to creating her own yoga studio...which led her to her getting training in yoga life coaching Creating community for individuals ready to put down their baggage and seek soulful stress relief is Angela’s through-line. It’s how (and WHY) she does everything.

USR 275: Angela Wagner on Putting It Back in Neutral

The Kelly Roach Show

FREEZE. HOLD ON. DON’T MOVE. It might be the hardest and simultaneously the simplest things to do: focus on one thing. It’s time to take back your life, and start taking care of YOU. In this episode we are talking to Life and Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor and Podcaster Angela Wagner, who has built a business on helping people get centered and focused on their businesses. One of the exercise Angela swears by (and talks about in our interview) to re-focus your brain is to light a candle, grab a notebook, and then a pen. Set the timer for 5 minutes. Then, stare into the flame and focus on just that flame. Don’t let anything else come into your mind. Once you think of something other than the flame, make a mark in your notebook. Once you do this exercise more and more, the less marks you will have. It’s all about retraining your brain to focus on something that isn’t work or social media but to just turn your brain off for 5 minutes and relax. Don’t live life attached to your business or your phone, but spend it on the things that make you happy. Put yourself into neutral and give yourself a break. Your brain, body and family will be happy you did. :) Connect with Angela: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CoachAWags/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/coachawags/ Website: https://angelawagnercoaching.com For more business tips and strategies, follow along with Kelly: Join the Tribe of Unstoppables on FB: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2080754075505322/ Website: https://kellyroachcoaching.com Instagrams: UE Revolution: https://www.instagram.com/uerevolution/ UE Marketing Mastery: https://www.instagram.com/uemarketingmastery/ Kelly Roach: https://www.instagram.com/kellyroachofficial Twitter: https://twitter.com/kellyroachlive
